The location is absolutely perfect, you just have to cross the street to get to the beach, they have towels, chairs and umbrellas for you without cost; from the beach you can access to a close restaurant -from the beach or the street- it doesn’t belong to the hotel but is perfect because of how close is, also opens for breakfast very early and close so late (Piña Coladas are the best). At the hotel entrance is the stop of the trolley so is prefect if you want go to a different place in the island. The furniture inside the room is very modern and the room it was super clean taking in consideration that sand is very hard to clean. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Wonderful location and the staff was exemplary. They were still trying to recover from the hurricane so I felt bad for them about that. They were doing a really good job though. The landscaping mostly was still in rough shape. And they had to do some work on the Wi-Fi so we didn’t have tv for a couple of days. That’s the main reason I didn’t give them a higher score. I would highly recommend silver surf though!

My sister and I could take our wheelchair and mobility cart to the pergola down the street to look at the beach and sit and read with very easy access. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. The mattresses were nice and firm and the pillows were soft and fluffy.

Everything redone- beds comfy, breakfast good, pool nice, walk across street to beach. We wanted to use the trolley but the schedule is sl off and it was too hot to wait, so we walked mainly. We found the fan running too slow but maintenance came very quickly and adjusted. There was very lil noise at night so we slept well.

The room was exceptionally clean each day - The location was excellent (walked across the road onto the private beach - umbrellas and beach chairs set up and ready each morning). The front desk staff was beyond all expectations (kind, helpful, friendly, caring and always with a smile).
